So lately I've been getting into the antics of SNSD, or Sonyeo Shidae, or Girls' Generation, however you'd like to call them. And I have to admit, I'm a little surprised since pop music usually isn't my thing. I think what I find appealing about them is that, if you watch them when they're on TV shows, they all seem like genuinely nice and easy going people who have a clue, can actually perform, and are reasonably humble about where they are and where they're going. Which is nice change compared to the usual self-obsessed auto-tuned air-heads that try to pass themselves off as pop divas these days.
Plus the fact that they're easy on the eyes probably helps too.

So, I plan to have a crack at doing portraiture for all of the members which is also a nice excuse to get some more practice in drawing people, too. We can only hope that by the end of it I'll have learned something. :3 d
